The Voivodship Administrative Court in Warsaw acknowledged the claim of the Commissioner for Human Rights concerning failure to act by the President of the Polish National Bank concerning availability of public information. The case concerned the availability of list of people, who acquired positive opinion of the President of Polish National Bank to perform the function of the President of Commercial Banks in the period of 1989 -1997 and classify this list in the institution's archive or resources of the national archive
