Criteria of creating medical goods waiting lists by voivodship NFZ branches, as well as criteria of order status in this respect, are unclear. This results in an uneven access to health care benefits financed from public funds and uneven treatment of beneficiaries. The Commissioner turned with regard to this problem to the Minister of Health.
