On the of 16 April 2012 the Commissioner for Human Rights launched a special helpline for citizens who would like to receive information or file a complaint. Please call: 800 676 676. Calls from stationary phones and mobile phones of T-Mobile, Plus, Play and Orange are free of charge.

Connecting with the helpline you can receive basic information on human rights and competences of the Commissioner for Human Rights. You can also inquire about antidiscrimination law.

Helpline employees will try to provide necessary information or advise which institution can help you.

Civic helpline was created in cooperation with Telekomunikacja Polska nonprofit.

Helpline is based in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Warsaw, al. Solidarności 77.

Helpline of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Poland operates on Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
