Addressing the Minister of Health, the Commissioner has underlined the need for quick adoption of an executive regulation to the act on the National Paramedic Service which was amended last year. The issue that causes the most concern is a lack of new regulation defining lifesaving medical treatments that can be administered by a paramedic.
