The representative of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Poland from the “National Preventive Mechanism” Department attended in seminar: “Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”, which took place in Chisinau. The seminar was organized under the program European Union and Council of Europe - to support democracy in Moldova. During the session the representative presented the judgments of European Court of Human Rights in cases against Poland and its impact on national legislation.
