The Commissioner for Human Rights applied to the Government Plenipotentiary for Civil Society and Equal Treatment [more] and the Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled Persons [more] with regard to adjusting pooling places to the needs of impaired electors. Currently the vast majority of inspected places (81%) does not meet technical criteria specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure.
