A citizen described his story to the Commissioner: during an investigation, in accordance with the provisions of the criminal procedure code, his fingerprints and a DNA sample were taken. While examining this application, the Commissioner decided that it is necessary to look closer at the regulations concerning the “suspects” and their rights. As a result, he has contacted the Minister of Justice.
