Changes in kindergarten and early school education

In a statement to the Minister of Education, the Commissioner has indicated issues raised during a public hearing, concerning the changes made in the education system act. One of the major complaints on the new regulations refers to the change of age limit from which school attendance is compulsory and its negative effect on the exercise of 3, 4 and 5-year old children’s right to kindergarten education.
